AI scribe and AI consult, inside your clinic software
One AI writes the note. One reviews the record. You decide.
Record the consultation and get a structured note to review. Ask for a second look and get diagnoses, tests and risk flags to consider. In Arabic, French and English.
Free for 30 days. No card needed.
Arabic, French and English
Speak, read and write in the language you work in. Arabic screens read right to left.
You review every draft
The AI drafts and suggests. Notes, diagnoses and medication change only when you confirm them.
It follows the way you work
Set your specialty, note structure and guidelines once, in your AI profile.
A complete clinic system
Patient files, queue, appointments, prescriptions and billing come with it.
AI scribe
The note used to wait until the evening.
Record the consultation on your computer or your phone. When you stop, Clinova transcribes it and drafts the note in your structure, with suggested ICD‑10 codes and a summary for the patient.

BeforeWritten by hand or typed from memory, after the last patient has left.
With ClinovaDrafted from the recording and waiting for your review.
1. Record
In the browser at your desk, or in the doctor app on your phone.
2. Transcribe
Speech becomes text, in Arabic, French or English.
3. Structure
SOAP or problem by problem, with suggested ICD‑10 codes.
4. Review and apply
Edit anything, then apply it to the visit. Or discard it.

The recorder listens. You look at your patient.
What the draft contains
- Chief complaint, visit notes and physical examination
- Assessment and plan, in SOAP or problem by problem
- Suggested ICD‑10 codes, each with the reason behind it
- Drug interaction warnings and a follow-up recommendation
- A short summary for the patient, ready to send on WhatsApp
AI consult
When a case deserves a second look.
The AI consult reads the patient’s record, not only today’s complaint, and returns possible diagnoses, tests and risk flags, each with its reasoning. It runs in the background while you see the next patient.
- It reads the record
- Conditions, medication, allergies, vitals, recent visits, lab and imaging results, your notes and uploaded documents.
- It shows its reasoning
- Each diagnosis comes with its confidence, each test with its urgency and each risk flag with its severity, with the reason behind it.
- It works while you work
- Start the analysis, see the next patient, and get a notification when it is ready.
More help through your day.
Before the visit, during it and after: the AI prepares, and you decide.
Pre-visit brief
A short brief before the patient walks in: what changed since the last visit, what is still open and what to check.
AI chat
Ask about the patient in your own words. The answer comes from the record: medication, results, vitals and past visits.
Document summaries
Upload a lab report or a discharge letter and get a short summary, with abnormal values marked.
AI commands
Say or type what you need, such as a follow-up in two weeks or a new medication. Clinova prepares the actions and you confirm them.
Medical news
Each morning, a short digest for your specialty from peer-reviewed journals and regulators, with a link to every source.
Your AI profile
Tell the AI once how you practise: specialty, guidelines, note structure, drug names and language. Every answer follows it.
Referral letters
The AI drafts the letter to the specialist from the patient’s record. You edit it, send a secure link, and see when it was opened and when the report came back.
Visit summary for the patient
After the visit, the AI drafts a summary in plain words, in the patient’s language. You read it, then send it by WhatsApp or SMS.
Monthly report
On the 1st of each month, managers receive last month’s figures by e-mail, compared with the month before, with a short commentary from the AI.

Doctor app for Android
Between patients, ask out loud.
The voice assistant answers from your clinic’s own data: who is waiting, what changed in a patient’s record, which follow-ups are overdue. When it proposes a change, it waits for your confirmation.
- Record and review
- The AI scribe works from the phone’s microphone.
- Your queue, live
- Who has arrived, how long they have waited and who is next.
- Three languages
- It listens and answers in Arabic, French or English.
The doctor app and its voice assistant are for Android phones.

The AI drafts. You decide.
Notes, diagnoses, medication and appointments change only when you confirm them.
It works the way you work.
Your specialty, the guidelines you follow, SOAP or problem by problem. Set once in your AI profile.
It says what it is.
AI answers are marked as suggestions to check. They support your judgement and never replace it.
Everything else your clinic needs.
The AI works inside a complete clinic system: one patient file shared by the front desk, the nurse, the doctor and the cashier.
The patient file
History, allergies, medication, results and documents on one screen, with critical vitals and overdue follow-ups flagged at the top.
Queue and appointments
Who is booked, who has arrived and who is next. Automatic appointment reminders on WhatsApp, in the patient’s language, sent from Clinova’s number with your clinic’s name and phone, with nothing to connect. SMS reminders go through your own SMS account, and any reminder can be sent in one click from the day’s list.
Billing and reports
An invoice from every visit, part payments, expenses, and revenue by doctor and by month.
Prescriptions
From the Lebanese MOPH list of about 5,800 medicines, checked against the patient’s allergies and current medication, printed or shared as a PDF.
Clinical forms
Ready-made forms such as PHQ‑9, GAD‑7 and CHA₂DS₂‑VASc, and your own, with the scores calculated for you.
Signed visit notes
Once a visit is completed, its note is locked and signed by the doctor who saw the patient. Corrections are added as addenda, each with its date and author.
Chronic care recalls
Set a rule once, such as an HbA1c every 90 days for diabetes, and see who is overdue, with an invitation ready to send on WhatsApp.
Insurance claims
Build the claim pack from an invoice in one click: cover sheet, invoice and medical report of the visit. Then follow each claim until it is paid.
Waitlist and missed appointments
Patients who want an earlier appointment wait on a list, and the front desk is told when a slot frees up. Patients who often miss appointments are flagged, so you can call to confirm.
Your patients, on their own phone.
Nothing to install: patients open a link or scan a QR code, in Arabic, French or English.
Online booking
A link or a QR code with your doctors’ free times. A patient already on file is booked at once; a first visit becomes a request your front desk confirms.
Check-in and live queue
Patients check in by scanning the poster at the entrance, then follow their place in the queue on their phone, with an alert when it is their turn.
Patient portal
Patients sign in with their phone number and date of birth to see their appointments, the visit summaries you sent, their current medicines and their invoices.
Medicine timetable
A daily timetable of the patient’s current medicines, morning to bedtime, to print or add to the phone’s calendar.
Questions before the visit
Sent with the appointment. The patient’s answers wait at the top of the visit, ready to use as the reason for the visit.
Medical certificates
Sick-leave, fitness and attendance certificates in Arabic, French or English, issued by the doctor, with a QR code anyone can scan to check them.
Built for Lebanon and the region
Language, currency, messages to patients and team roles, set up the way clinics here work.
- Three languages, one clinic
- Each person chooses Arabic, French or English. The receptionist can work in Arabic while the doctor writes in French.
- Priced in US dollars
- Plans are priced and billed in US dollars. You set the fees for each doctor and each consultation type.
- Summaries on WhatsApp
- After the visit, the AI scribe writes a short summary for the patient in Arabic, French or English, ready to send on WhatsApp.
- Each clinic kept apart
- Every clinic has its own workspace. Patient files are never shared between clinics.
- A role for each person
- Doctor, nurse, receptionist, cashier and manager each have their own account, and the role sets what they can do.
- Nothing to install
- Clinova runs in the web browser on the clinic’s computers. Doctors add the Android app on their phones.
Security and privacy
The safeguards built into Clinova today, in plain words.
- Encrypted connections between browsers, phones and the server
- Each clinic’s data is kept apart: every request is limited to the signed-in clinic
- Access by role: each person gets the screens and actions their role allows
- An audit log of changes to patients, visits, prescriptions, invoices and user accounts, with who made them and when
- An access log of who opened, exported or printed a patient’s record, and when, for the clinic’s administrators and managers to review
- Two-step sign-in with an authenticator app: optional for each person, and the clinic’s administrator can require it for everyone
- Fingerprint or face lock on the doctor app, with sign-in tokens kept in the phone’s secure storage
- Only doctors, nurses and managers can open the clinical AI, never the front desk or the cashier
- AI answers are marked as suggestions to check, and each user signs the AI use agreement before using the AI
- Rate limits on every request, and checks that block injection attempts before they reach the data
We list only what the product does today. Clinova does not hold an external security certification such as ISO 27001 or SOC 2.

Frequently asked questions
Does the AI make decisions on its own?
No. It drafts and suggests: the scribe’s note, the AI consult, the pre-visit brief and the voice assistant’s proposals all wait for the doctor. Medication, diagnoses, notes and appointments change only when someone confirms.
Can the AI follow the way I work?
Yes. Each doctor fills in an AI profile once: specialty, the guidelines they follow, note structure (SOAP or by problem), brand or generic drug names, lab units, and the language and length of answers. Every AI answer for that doctor follows it, while the patient’s record and safety rules come first.
Which languages does the AI scribe understand?
Arabic, French and English. The note is written in the language you dictate, or in the one you set in your AI profile. The summary for the patient is written in the patient’s language.
How long can a recording be?
Up to 15 minutes in the browser and 5 minutes in the doctor app. For a longer visit, record again: each new draft is added to the note you already have.
How does the AI allowance work?
Each doctor on your subscription adds a monthly amount of AI use, counted in US dollars, to one allowance your whole clinic shares; one person can use only part of it in a single day. The AI scribe, AI consult, chat about the patient file, document summaries, pre-visit briefs and the voice assistant all draw on it. Close to the limit, Clinova switches to lighter models so work continues; once it is used up, AI features pause until the next month or a top‑up. Nothing is charged beyond your subscription unless you ask.
Does Clinova remind patients of their appointments?
Yes. Once the clinic turns them on in Communication → Setup, reminders go out automatically on WhatsApp from Clinova’s number, in the patient’s language, with the clinic’s name and phone, 2 to 48 hours before the appointment and never at night. There is nothing to connect. For SMS, the clinic connects its own SMS account (Twilio). The front desk can also send each reminder in one click from the day’s appointments.
What can patients see?
Only what your clinic shares with them, after they sign in with their phone number and date of birth: their appointments, the visit summaries the doctor sent, their current medicines and their invoices. Visit notes are never shown to patients.
Can I take my data with me?
Yes. The data belongs to your clinic. Administrators can download a full export of the clinic at any time: patients, visits, medication, appointments, invoices and, if they choose, the uploaded documents, in files other systems can read.
What happens if the internet goes down?
Clinova works online, so it needs a connection. An open visit note is saved to the server a few seconds after you stop typing and kept as a draft in the browser, so a dropped line does not lose it. A mobile data connection makes a good backup, and the doctor app runs on mobile data.
Can I control what each person sees?
Yes, by role. Doctors do not see other doctors’ visit notes unless they manage the clinic; the front desk and the cashier have no access to the clinical AI; exports and user accounts are for administrators. Changes to patients, visits and invoices are logged with who made them and when.
Is Arabic fully supported?
Yes. The interface is translated, not only the menus, and Arabic pages read right to left on the web and in the doctor app. Each person picks a language, so one clinic can work in Arabic, French and English at the same time.
Which currency do invoices use?
US dollars, for your subscription and for patient invoices. You set the fees for each doctor and each consultation type, and every invoice follows them.
